About the owners…
Clint and Maria Cantrell
Clint and Maria built Sea Change in 2016 and live part-time between Tonga and New Zealand. Clint manages Sea Change operations and systems and is a commercial boat skipper, and Maria runs the Sea Change day-to-day business. When in New Zealand Clint runs a small engineering consulting business, and Maria runs a very successful women’s choir and continues to manage Sea Change.
Gordon Sutherland
Gordon co-owns Sea Change Fishing Charters with Clint and Maria and is the head chef for Sea Change. Gordon is also a Fishing Master, holding the current world record for a 14.25kg Snapper caught on an 8kg line. He is highly skilled at all forms of fishing and knows the waters around Sea Change extremely well. He also cooks amazing food, and will ensure you are well-fed!
